Question about Samsung SGH-t329 Cellular Phone
I have a Samsung phone which has a Yahoo feature, meaning i can use my phone in surfing the net. However, when I put my email add and my password, it says "NETWORK NOT AVAILABLE". I have already asked *888 and they thought me how to activate it. Unfortunately, though I have already followed their instructions, I still get the same response. The agent in *888 told me to give my request # if 3401 texted me or called me. But 3401 never called me. They just texted me and said that 'THE SERVICE FEATURE IS ALREADY ACTIVATED". I thought I can already use my phone for internet purposes, but to no avail. How's that? Kindly give my the right solution so that I can use the feature. After all, Samsung officials won't put that feature in it if it won't work, am I correct? Thanks..
If you have just recently added internet service to your phone through your cell provider,(or if you haven't turned it off since adding the service)You will need to turn the phone off for atleast 5 minutes, then turn it back on,If you still get the same message,Your cell provider has not activated the internet service on your account.
Note:Some times it can take up to 24 hours for added services to work,But this depends on your provider.
Please rate this a fixya.
