Some of the washing machine models have a small pump in the bottom that clogs with lint and stuff. When you disconnect the hose from the pump get ready for alot of water to come out. prevent this by kinking the hose somehow. This was a similar problem GE had with the washer we used to have in apartments. Good Luck. When you find out how to acess the pump the rest should be easy.

The wash cycle runs, and at about the 35 min left mark the washer stops and the error comes up. I tried the spin cycle, but it will not run. If I follow the suggestion with the hose to check the drain pump how do i start? Where should I try to kink the hose, and what is a good way to do this? If you have any tips for me please let me know.
