Question about Philips GoGear SA3245/37 Digital Media Player
I dont know how to add songs please help
You have to use Windows Media Player to transfer songs to your GoGear - if you have lost your user's manual, it is available for free from Philips website.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I cant download music
Download music to your computer, then plug the usb thing on the ditty to the usb driver on your computer, your computer will make a sound telling that it reconizes it. It will pull a window up saying
Open files with device
Sync digital media
or take no action
to charge it take no action to put songs on it press sync media to device. Go to the "Sync" tab in windows media player, downsize that go to the file where you put the downloaded music and pull player up and pull music up without downsizing player. Pull desired music files onto the sync list and press sync to device on the bottom of the sync list pane, wait until all files are syncronized to the device and disconnect the ditty
hope it helps
