Question about Kano Technologies Computers & Internet
I bought a Kano burner - K2500RF MAC (SN 8710046) - in April '04. For the past 6 or 8 months I have had trouble getting my computer to recognize the burner. I've had to restart the computer, or turn everything off and let it cool over night, etc. For the past 3 or 4 weeks now copies have not completed - as the final file in a batch is about to copy an error message appears and the copying stops. I use Toast 7.1.3 Titanium software. So far I have been able to access the files/tracks that did copy.
Any suggestions? Thanks, - - Sam Middlebrook

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi, copying copy protected stuff wont do any damage to your drive, best program to use is dvd shrink, but u need nero installed for it to work, u can download dvd shrink free if you search on google.com i would suggest just returning the drive to the shop you purchased it from as its still under warrenty.. All the best John

SOURCE: Unable to copy file to CD
Have you rebooted recently.
Be certain that cd can still read disks first.
clean the lens.
If the cd drive is removable , power off and reseat it. look for the lock s for it on bottom.

SOURCE: CD burning
Is the Temporary file full with .tmp files? If so Windows can not accept the files from the Burner. Also make sure in your Burner Options that you have Checked the Option to Write Files to the Windows Tmp Directory, also check the file path and make sure that is is directing the burner files to the correct area.
