Need to restore my Balance Laptop

I have a Balance Laptop CN6555 and I need to restore it. It came with 3 CD's that say Product Recovery CD-ROM but no directions on how to do the restore or if I'll need these CD's. Can someone tell me how to restore my laptop?

First, backup any data on the hard drive that you want to save. When you restore the system everthing on the drive will be lost. When you are ready to restore the system, put Disk #1 into the CD drive and start the computer. The restore installation should start. You will be prompted for disk #2 and finally for disk #3. You will be prompted to remove all disks and restart the computer. It will start in it's original configuration. Be sure to run Windows Updates to load all of the security patches.

Good Luck! And please let me know how it works out.

I would say that you put the first on in the drive and boot the computer from the CD. Then follow the directions. That is how it usually works.
On some computers, there is a utility in the start menu that is for that computer--recovery utilities that you start up and follow the directions, but I'd go with the former option if I were you.

RECOVERY DISCS FOR BALANCE CN6555 PC NOTEBOOK

Hi when you say you cant boot up, do you have any power going to the notebook, i.e. lights, drive firing up etc.,
If you have power and the Windows product key you can use an Windows installation disk to get you up and running. The disk itself doesn't have to be your own as long as the version you use is the same as the product key you own, usually found on the bottom of the unit.
For example MS Windows XP Home

Need to restore

your best bet would either be the manufacturer, or E BAY, you might have a third option by contacting the software company and down loading it into another computer then burn you a disk of the program.
