Problem for Motorola W315 Cellular Phone
W315: Messaging menu says thanks, thanks, over and over again.

The menu is missing. Just says thanks, over and over again. Cannot text and signature says y with tic above it, over and over. Took to ntelos dealer and they used master reset code. Problem showed again. Master reset code of last 4 digits does not work. How do I reset it?????? Help!
