Programming Notes

• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.

if its a universal or programmable remote PRESS TV and SET btns in that order ... red light is on steady enter code ( Ge TV code) light goes out Press SET and then use the remote to turn off/on TVG is now undercontrol of the remote.

I recently found a remote that does work for this TV. Its a DirecTV model RC64. The codes listed in the book do not work. So you must do a channel search. It's not that far down the list so it doesn't take that much time. I hope this helped those concerned.
