I CALLED VOICE MAIL AND HAD TO LAY PHONE DOWN BEFORE FINISHING RETRIEVING MESSAGES. IT MUST OF HUNG UP PHONE.
NOW I CALL VOICE MAIL AND GET A BUSY SIGNAL AND CAN'T GET MESSAGES. HOW DO I GET THE VOICE MAIL LINE TO CUT OFF SO I CAN CALL AND GET MESSAGES.

First set up a pin # or use the default which is 0000.
Then from a remote location:
6 - Record Message
7 - Play All Messages
8 - Play Greeting
9 - Record Greeting
0 - Turn System Off

For some reason I can't respond on the other thread that you posted.
What lights are on the voice mail card? There should be 3 on the lower edge of the card.
