Question about Kenmore 63942 Dryer

No heat im new at this and really dumb at what im looking at...there is no blockage, and my tub is turning, the wire diagram says that my fuses are not resetable but i don't even know what im looking for....someone told me to check the fuse before going any further....and then i read the other post...how do i know what is opened/closed.....help.....i don't have the money for a new dryer and i need some help please

    yes there is air and it is cold, i have found the houseing unit for the heating element but unable to figure out how to get it out...ive taken the top off of the machine and the back and ive taken the only bolt out that i have found...am i missing something

Have you checked the heating elements? you say the tub turns, is there any air coming into the tub and if so is it cold? if it is then you may want to get the heating elements checked.
