Take off the back plate that houses the battery, undo the four screws, then look where the bottom of the battery is just below are two cover caps remove and undo the two screws below now separate the cover. There is a circuit board under neath the panel unplug may seem tight but go careful, underneath this there are a futher six screws undo these and the two halves of the phone will separate. Now undo all the screws you can see here including the two that are under the two covers at the top they look like moulding marks separate the halves, undo the screws on the roller switch,lift this and you will find a ribbon connector that appears to be glued it's not, go careful and separate. Congratulations you have now removed the LCD. All you have to do now is remember which screw goes where and reverse the whole process. Good luck.
It is really a simple process. Here is a guide that will show the whole thing with some pictures. All you need is a small Phillips screw driver and a guitar pick. Good luck, hope this helps.
