Which one do you have? The SA2825 and Spark models will not play video. The only 2gb that I know that does is the SA6025. If you have the SA6025 it is possible that you will need to reformat your video to the smaller screen before the player will accept the file.

First, I would go to the Philips website and download the updated version of the Philips Media Converter - it will recognize more file types. If the new media converter still does not recognize your files, download a program called Riva FLV Encoder, and convert your video files to AVI format. The Philips Media Converter will then recognize the videos.

I have 2 Gb GO Gear MP4 Player. But I dont have Philips Video converter for use video player. Please help us and how can I download that converter. Mpdk Erandika . MY email no is mpkelum@gmail.com

Hello,

The video converter for the GoGear SA6025/02 2 GB can be downloaded wiht next link (zip file 56.8 MB):
http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/s/sa6025_02/sa6025_02_mcs_eng.zip

There are different converters for every type of player.
When having another model, go to next site and enter the matching player or select from the GoGear 2GB list:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpproduct_selector.pl?slg=ENG&searchtxt=GoGear+2GB

When moving the mouse over a player in the list the country appears, where the device is being sold.

Enter your country in the top page and the exact model number next to the GO bar on the left for the required player. When the matching player is selected the specific support page shows up. When available the correct media converter download link is listed under Software and drivers.
