Question about Norelco Bodygroom Men's Total Body Grooming System
The second foil head just failed within the year I have had this. I can say that I did nothing to cause the foil to develope a hole in it. At $10 plus shipping I am very reluctant to keep buying replacement heads.
I contacted norelco and they said I need to buy a new head every six months. Nice. They will send me one free. As I said to them, I doubt if I would sustain that buying habit.
