You cannot sign in on two xbox's at the same time. It is to stop people using the same xbox live account at the same time.

I just purchased an xbox kinnects bundle. I was doing the set up and it asked if I wanted to update so I said yes. Then the xbox turned off and will not turn back on. Please help!

Yikes...I would check to see if the power plug did not come off the xbox, then check the outlet to see if it's working, I would then remove the xbox kinnects bundle, then turn the xbox to see if its working. Then start allover. Good Luck!!

X box live.

The best option for you (and free option) is to call xbox360 phone support, they are very nice people, 0800 587 1102

This may also help you: http://support.xbox.com/support/en/us/nxe/xboxlive/default.aspx?WT.svl=nav

But I myself have rang there 0800 free number for help and they are very good and always tend to be local accents... unless they are busy but you always get good english.

Connection terminated for xbox 360 to windows media center

The only thing i can think of is that maybe the ports are wrong =S.
Try turning the firewall off just to see if it will work, go to Control Panel, Security then you get the option in a list to turn Windows Firewall Off. Prefrom thi sjust to see if it will work. PLEASE NOTE after turning the firewall off after you finish trying to connect with the xbox try turning it back on for teh computer safety.

Xbox 360

This problem occurs when the Xbox 360 console experiences a general hardware failure.

You can submit a console-repair request online at Xbox.com. However, before you submit your request, first try the following steps to verify the problem:
  1. Turn the console off and on. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Turn off the console.
    2. Disconnect all the cables.
    3. Reconnect all the cables.
    4. Turn the console back on.
  2. Turn the console off and on without accessories. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Turn off the console.
    2. Disconnect any accessories that are connected. For example, disconnect all Xbox 360 controllers, all Xbox 360 Memory Units, and the Xbox 360 Hard Drive.
    3. When the accessories are disconnected, restart the console to determine whether the console or an accessory is experiencing the problem.

Power's on, dashboard doesn't load, controllers not recognized

Hello. This is most likely due to a failing hard drive. Those hard drives have a limited warranty, so check xbox.com/support for more details. You may be able to have Microsoft replace it for free. Thanks!

If this doesn't work, call MS and explain all this to them. If they do not offer to fix it for free then you can try repairing it yourself or selling it and getting a new one. If you opt to repair it yourself, let me know and I will give you some advice and resources. Good luck!!
