Question about RCA L42WD250 42 in. LCD HDTV
After having the set for six months I moved it to another location. I went to plug it back in and the front light is green. When I hit the power button on top the screen flashes once and nothing happens. The flashing light is now red. I have no controls or buttons. I can't find my service book that I got with the LCD to find problems. RCA help is worthless. Any idea what is going on? or where to go for help.
Try unplugging it for 30 mins. If it still has the problem, it may have when into protection mode.
When this happens, a part in the TV when bad. The protection mode keeps the TV from staying on to prevent further damage.
At this point, I would use the warranty on the TV. Being that it's only 6 months old.
