Question about Denon DCM-5001 100-Disc CD Changer
Denon DCM 5000 displays message "Disk Sense" then displays the error code "012 000." The disk load fine and the machine tries to play the CD but then I get this error code. Any suggestions as what will fix this problem? Thanks.
The disc is loaded upside-down in the disc rack or the disc is dirty or scratched, try another disc and make sure the top side (label side with printing) is facing towards the back of the rack, away from you. The bottom or data side should face out towards the front of the rack. If that does not work then your laser picups inside may need cleaning. Make sure your disc is clean and now scratches.
