Bought my car second hand only 4 months ago and it has now started to judder whilst I drive. I do not do a lot of mileage and have no idea about cars . I am a single mum living on benefits and struggling to survive. Please let this problem not be a big issue just can not afford to reapir.I
It is probably ignition failure. Hard to diagnose with out witnessing it. I wud replace the wires to the spark plugs and the spark plugs themselves. If you take it to a service shop they will probably do that first and charge you more.

it should earth back via the hinges but if its playing up then look at the top of door for a rubber boot ,in here are the wires that run into door and i wouldnt mind betting the wires are broken

not familiar with immobiliser. i would check connections between ignition switch and starter relay and connections between starter relay and starter, in other words that whole starter circuit. some of the connections may be weak where they go to power or ground. new battery makes it work okay, then it after while not so good makes me suspect those connections. it could also be a starter problem, might be a burnt place on the starter, when the starter motor stops in a certain place it can't get good connection and so won't let current pass, motor can't turn, no start. hope this helps.

the rear light fuse are normaly a red 10 amp fuse located along the bottom row of the fuse box . The only problem is there are different fuses for different lights what light are out ?
