No drivers were found.click load driver to provide a mass storage driver installation

Have you tried reformatting your hard disk? this happened to me when i tried to us PartionMagic tool. my hard disk stopped working tho' it's still showing up when i plug it in another PC. this is how i get it working again:
i plugged my hard drive to another PC and i used DiskPart to clean it and i formatted it in Windows Disk Management.

it worked for me and i doubt, there was an error partitioning my hard disk so i needed to make it fresh again.

This is important when the drivers needed to be found.

But here seems to be no drivers for windows 7.

Here is only drivers for vista and xp, and there is absolutely no guaranty, the drivers will work on windows 7.

You need to setup the bios boot settings, in order to boot from the drive.
First boot device dvd drive, and second the harddrive.
This selection is urgent, when installing windows.

Other selections maybe needed, depending on the bios version.
The sata drive, should be shown in the bios main meny, when entering the bios.

I suggest you to download the manual, if you don`t have it, and read the setup install section, for basic boot procedure.

the pc suite installation is loaded on the phone memory card, after connecting device to pc it will ask pc or mass storage , select storage and browse for installation file.
if you cannot find,then i will send you a link, what is your os.

You may have to load you SATA drivers first? OR choose another HAL, press F6 during setup.Setup ACPI also.

Hello.I fix this problem by changing the OS!i installed Ubuntu 9.04 and i solve the problem.Ubuntu had saw my HDD,Windows did,t.I,m familiar with Ubuntu so everithing it,s ok.I recomand Ubuntu,you have to try it .it,s awesome.Sorry about my english,wish you all the best!

You need to install it as a usb mass storage device. by doing this just plug it in, and when it comes up at unknown device. right click on 'my computer' then select 'manage' this will open up the computer management window. Click on the 'Device manger' you will then look for your nextar mp3 player device, it will be marked as audio device with a yellew question mark by it, just right click that icon, select properties -> select the driver tab-> click on the update driver -> select the 'yes, now and everytime I connect a device' radio button. click next. select 'Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)' radio button. select next, on the next screen, select 'Dont search. i will choose the driver to install' button. Click next, you will see a list of devices on this screen, you are going to select 'USB Mass Storage Device" then select next. At this point you will see the drivers being installed. After that you will be able to use your Nextar MP3. Just click and drag your mp3 from your pc to your nextar.
