Question about Sanyo PLC SW20A Multimedia Projector
Basically, my projector has started powering itself down a split second after it completes its startup countdown. Makes it the full 30 second countdown, displays image for less than a second, then shuts itself off. Neither the "lamp replace" nor "warning temp" light comes on. Is it my lamp? Or something more severe?
Check the follwoing :
check lamp physically for melted filament, white deposits on filament/ reflector, if so change lamp
if lamp looks perfect, the ballast needs to be replaced, also check for fans if they are running fine
