Problem for Sub-Zero 661/F Side by Side Refrigerator

My subzero side by freezer/fridge has a horrid squeek

on the lower hinge. Liquid Silicone spray has not stopped the squeek.
Anyone with another idea?
Surely I don't have to take that 45pound door off and change the hinge?

Try putting some Vaseline onto the door cams, it is probably just the plastic cams rubbing, they may need to be replaced but the Vaseline trick is free. You will need someone to open the door and lift it a little to make some space between the two cams, put the Vaseline on with a Q-Tip onto the two mating surfaces of the cams.
