Question about GTech HARD DRIVE, G SPEED eS,4TB W/PCIe 92100402
I have connected my cordless phone. When I tried to make a call I can dial from the phone but the sound comes from my computer.
According with magic jack help I went to magic jack menu and choose phone instead of headset. However the phone option is not available. Other choice was to get another phone and also did not work
"However the phone option is not available..." Are you sure? you can switch to headset or by phone anytime you want. Switching to either one of these devices you need to right click on your magicJack phone number in the software(located at the top left portion) and click on "switch to phone/telephone".

I had the same problem. My Magicjack changed to headset somehow. I could not toggle between telephone and headset. This you can do when you go to 'menu' which will be on right top of magicjack dialing pad and then click on volume/headset control and then select 'telephone'. Actually I couldn't toggle between these two. I followed whatever the customer service asked me to do. Finally, when i right clicked on magicjack dialing pad, there was an option to change to telephone. Then it worked.

Your problem could be any one of these issues:
1. Faulty USB port on PC: Try a different computer or laptop
2. Faulty USB cable: Try a different Cable
3. Corrupt memory: Fix by an expert required such as www.SaveMyUSB.com
4. Faulty connections on main circuit inside the hard drive: Physical Fix by an expert required such as www.SaveMyUSB.com
5. Faulty controller chip (worst case scenario) : Direct flash memory read required by an expert required such as www.SaveMyUSB.com
Hope this helps and that it is 1 or 2 as 3, 4 and 5 will cost you money.
