Recently my screen on my f700 smashed and i found out it would cost a lot to get it repaired so i figured id take the phone apart and buy a new screen, and now the whole phone is falling apart. Does anyone know where i can get an f700 that has working screen, all i want to do is swap my circuit board over cos i have all my photos on this phone. ? msn me or email me firstname.lastname@example.org

Hm, this is a difficult one. I have a F700 and there is no option for it to auto lock on slide closure. U might have a different firmware so look around the settings for it. Disable it if you can find it.
This might also sound stupid but make sure the lock key on the right hand side has been slid up. Slid down locks touchscreen.
My f700 does NOT launch the camera upon pressing the camera button at home screen. It does nothing if i do that. I need to goto into the menu and then the camera for the camera button to work and to take pictures. I think this was a smart move for Samsung to design it like this. I could see myself accidently pressing that many times.
