I checked both the main breaker and the breaker at the heater
Ok, gas or electric?
If it is gas, make sure you have flame on all the time.
If this is electric you will need to call a plumber out to check your glow coils and make sure that they are not broken. Those are the only two reasons why a water heater will not get hot water. and the reason if it is electric is because you can shock the heck out of yourself. Now if you think you can look at everything let me know and I can tell you how
