Hi, i ran into the same problem, this was my solution. On the empower bar (the Acer bar that comes up on the top right hand side of your screen) Click on the gear icon this should prompt you to establish a password, after doing that reboot hit F2 and it will either prompt you for the password or let you into the bios.

If you don't know the password to get into the BIOS then you will need to call Acer support but you will have to prove to them that your the owner of the laptop. There is no other way
