I have a Samsung Blackjack 2 and i locked it and i forgot the password . . . on the screen it seys: This devise is locked. Enter your device password and click unlock. To make and emergency call,click menu > Cancel, then dial. . . . . and then every time i try to unlock it, it makes me wait longer and longer everytime to try again. HELP MEEEEE!

try do a soft reset of the TV. this will help you solve the problem
