On most Ruud's if you find the main control board it will have "Blower off delay" and "Blower on delay" dip switches (Very small moveable switches that have only on or off settings) and the instructions on the board will tell you where to set the dip switches to get the on/off delays that you wish.

Dip switches are located on the circuit board.
These switches are for changing temperature and altitude etc, and depending on brand and model, the switches settings are different.

DIP Switches don't seem to matter

You need to completely power off (wall switch or breaker) when changing the dip switches. Not just power off from remote because it will keep previous setting. I learned it the hard way....

Check the deck sensor leaf switches for tarnish -- clean and adjust them. Make sure voltage regulators (12+/12- volt) on mother are present at deck motor circuit
