With the engine NOT RUNNING, remove the intake air hose from the engine and work your way to the air filter box to verify there is nothing in the intake airway path. The sensor for the air filter system works off of a vaccum, thats what makes the terminals connect. Unhook the wires from the sensor and check for continuity from the 2 terminals, if no continuity problem is in the wireing harness ( signal wire is going to ground ), if you have continuity, you have a stuck switch.

I was running my kobelco and turned it off to get out for a min or two then i tryed to start it back up and it seemed to start but nothing i changed the fuel filters and still nothing

Check Fuel Level visually and make sure that it got plenty of fuel...If it just turn over and over make sure you did not accidently loosen any wires while changing the filter. If it still does not start unplug both batteries completely for 2 full minutes then try to start it.

My tecumseh will start but will not run when the chocke is of and will not get to full throtel

Sounds to me like you need to clean your air filter. Try the fuel filter, too, but I'll bet it's the air filter!

Craftsman mower with 6.75 B&S motor will start and run fine for about 3-4 minutes and then slowly chokes out. I cleaned the air filter and need to know what to check next. Thanks.

hi there
though you have cleaned the filter it could still be not getting enough air you can start the machine without it and see if stays running do not do work with it just see if it runs sitting there if it does simple fix new filter however if it does the same it is a lack of fuel either fuel filter if has one if not it will be in the carburater these get gumed up by old gas in which in that case find a small engine repair shop to take care of this issue
thank you for the question hope i helped with the issue good luck and have a great day

Mower starts and runs for 10 - 15 seconds, then dies. Will almost start again, but soon will not even kick over. After a while, it will start for a few seconds. This is a 15 horse Tecumseh that looks...

It sounds like a carburetor issue. The jets are probably gummed up from the old gas that was in it. Remove the carburetor and clean it out with a can of carb cleaner. Then reinstall.

Kobelco sk200 engine dies when trying to boom in or swing

Could possibly be a fuel related problem. Check the fuel inlet to see if it is restricted in any way. Water in filters. Fuel pump outlet pressure.

No vertical movement of hydrolic arms when pushing pedal

You will have to bleed the rams to get all the air out just crack the hose's open at the connector and have a person help you open the hoses on both sides and try raising the bucket when you get clear fluid coming out close the nuts on the lines then do the same thing for down position. Check hydraulic fluid level to make sure it does not get so low that you put air in the system. Be sure when you are bleeding to pay attention to fluid flow coming out of the rams is it even? If not you may have a hose that has collapsed. To know if it is look at how much fluid flows out of the hose the one with the lest amount of oil is suspect. Next if it still does not raise pull the pressure valve out of the control Block where the arm is for raising it crack the outer locking nut then remove the valve and see if you have a piece of dirt in the valve seat. If you need more help post it here and Give me the Year and model Number for more precise help for this unit.

My Ex200-2 excavator is slow in all functions and appears to have not power.

Hello
My friend has a ex75 ur that had the same problems after some vines caught the limit switches on the digging boom. I spent hours trying to figure out what switch or combination of switches was causing the slow boom with no power. I found a bank of 4 solenoids that control the hyd. flow, after jumping them with a switched hot wire- problem solved!

If the Air filters are NOT restricted in any way and it's not skipping ( indivual cylinder problem ), check the small return line coming from the injectors going to tank for blockage. This will be a small line probably held on with a worm gear clamp. Good luck
