You will need adjust the mail application's POP settings to get your Yahoo! Mail messages into it.
POP access is a service for owners of one of the following:
Yahoo! Mail Pop Access & Forwarding Yahoo! Mail Plus Premium Services
A Broadband account
A Small Business account
Please note that access to IMAP servers is not available.
To use an email client or application to send and receive Yahoo! Mail
messages, you may need to designate a new incoming (POP) mail server and
a new outgoing (SMTP) mail server. Consult your owner's manual for
instructions on designating servers in the email application.
If you can't add new POP or SMTP servers, you will need to change your current server settings.
Before you make any changes, write down your current settings. You might
need to revert to your original settings later if you decide to send
and receive messages from your other email addresses.
The following steps will help you find the POP settings for your Yahoo! Mail account and configure it:
Log onto your Yahoo! Mail account from a PC.
Click Options > Mail Options.
Click POP & Forwarding.
Click Set up or edit POP & Forwarding.
Click POP Settings.
Note your Server Setting information. Your phone email client or application will ask for these settings:
Incoming Mail Server (POP3)- for example, pop.mail.yahoo.com.
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)- for example, smtp.mail.yahoo.com.
Account Name/Username, your Yahoo! Member ID- for example, myuserID.
Email address, your Yahoo! Mail address- for example, myuserID@yahoo.com.
Password, your Yahoo! Mail password- for example, l0ngitudin*l
POP server settings may change from time to time and you should confirm
the current POP server settings in Yahoo! Mail if it is not working.
When using Microsoft Outlook, replace the "@" in your address with "%".
As an alternative to configuring Yahoo! Mail POP mail configurations, go to:
If you have Yahoo! Mail Plus (a paid upgrade), you can access those messages directly from a standard email program (such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail, etc.). You need to configure the account settings in your email program for the Yahoo service.
The settings for incoming mail are: Incoming (POP) server: plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com Port: 995 Security: SSL
Typically this error indicates that you are trying to send your Adhost
email through Adhost’s mail server when you have not authenticated your
email account to send mail. Our mail server authenticates you through
your pop account. So when you check your email, our mail server
authenticates your pop user and password, captures that IP that you are
checking your email from, and adds that IP to our relay list. This list
is flushed every 70 minutes. This means, if you try to send email after
the relay list has been flushed and before you’ve attempted to check
your email, you will receive this error.
How to fix the problem:
Fix #1 - reauthenticate on our server.
Remove any email from your Outbox. If you need to keep the message, you
can move it to your 'Drafts' folder.
Click "Send/Receive". This will reauthenticate you.
Try resending the email.
Fix #2 - configure your email client to check for email before sending.
In Outlook, go to "Tools" and select "Email Accounts". Make sure "View
or change existing e-mail accounts" is checked. Click Next.
Select your account from the list and click "Change".
Select "More Settings".
Select "Outgoing Server".
Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Select "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail".
Click "OK", then "Next", then "Finish".

firstly, type all your messages then go to insert your address, then click any name or email before sending ensure that there is no additional invited comas, then send , but if u discover that the pop-up was on again then click on the pop up icon, it will then disappear immediately
You can only send so much html (hyper text markup language) over a Yahoo personal email account. Try toning down what you send, it true that Yahoo mail support 10Mb transmissions, but what they don't tell is they base that number on text being sent.
