Question about Dishwashers
The power is on, but can't open the dishwasher door
I have the some problem toooo!!
I have turned it off and on from the power point and run the cycle again on "normal" and on "rinse" .
Next step will be to cut the screws with a hacksaw , remove the the dishwasher from the cupboards, remove the bottom tray and give a good clean underneath .

Had the same problem, opened the cupboard on the left hand side of the dishwasher and pulled hard from the top left of the door. Opened with a medium strength pull! Can't wait to rip the unit out tomorrow and replace!

Hi just read your posting. The problem could be a faulty dispenser coil ,or the wires to it are faulty or the computer is faulty.Try selecting a normal eco wash and when you push the start button to start the machine hold the button in until the pre wash light turns off. This should make the dispenser activate straight after it fills. The only way to test which part is faulty is with an electrical meter.Have you or can you borrow one.If so then I can guide you step by step in finding the fault.please reply with additional information and I am sure I can help you further.Looking forward to your reply.
