Question about Sprint Vision PPC-6700 Smartphone
I've had the PPC-6700 for about 2.5 years now.
I finally got around to buying a memory card today, 8GB microSD with a miniSD adapter to fit the slot on the phone. I actually put the card in my computer first using the standard SD adapter and dropped a couple of files on it. Then I swapped the card into the miniSD adapter and inserted it into the phone and ...... not a thing.
Based on the manual it says I should be able to see the card by going Start > Settings > System tab >Memory > Storage Card tab, but Windows is saying there is no card installed.
Any ideas? Hard reset maybe?
The micro SD card you need is made by Handango "Games for Windows Mobile Standard". Got mine at Best Buy

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
