Sorry, I have manual for this ridiculous device and i STILL can't program the wretched thing. By hitting buttons very fast more or less at random you CAN change the day, the minutes but changing the hour appears to be impossible. If ever there was a useless piece of junk it must be this machine.
Here are the 'instructions' for what they are worth
To review to current set day and time, press the stop button. To change the day and time, press and hold the STOP button (as the day and time are read back). To change the day, press the skip button (either one, apparently).
Next the hour will be read back. To change the hour press the skip button . Press the STOP button to set the selected hour.
Suppposedly the same process for the minutes.
Good luck. You'll need it.

Change Telstra M450 digital answer machine date and time.
Hold down the STOP button until you here the day and then press both SKIP buttons at the same time and the machine will give you the next day. Keep pressing the buttons until you hear the day you want - say MONDAY. Then press STOP.
Now press STOP again and the machine will say something like 'Monday 19' As soon as it says 19 press any SKIP button. This will change the time on the 24 hour clock - keep pressing until you hear the hour you want. When you're happy with the hour time press STOP.
Now press STOP again for the minutes and go through the same process for the seconds. For example you'll hear 'Monday 19 45'. When you hear the seconds ie: 45, press SKIP until you hear the desired seconds you require.
I founds this with shear luck as my box had no instructions in at all and was bought from Office Works.
I hope this works for you.

The machine has two answering OGM modes. In one mode it will announce OGM but not record message in the other mode it will announce OGM and record the message. This is not explained in the instruction book at all. The instruction book is confusing but here goes Press and hold Ans On/off for 1 sec . Now press and hold <skip button. And record your message. If you press Skip> you go into holiday mode it must be <skip (skip back) when you record the message to get it to record the callers message.
