Re: HP Mouse does not Work
If you have a reset button on usb press
also press reset on transmitter
also check your mouse settings in control panel
if this all fails then use a different port for mouse and restart system

Ironically, when I replaced my dead HP Pavilion, on which I had the same wireless keyboard and mouse, things worked in the reverse but opposite method. The mouse doesn't work, but the keyboard does.
I suspect it is directly related to the config buttons on the bottom of each part. The buttons were supposed to sync such that the keyboard and mouse worked together perfectly and did, until I had to replace the PC.
My only suggestion is to continue to press those little buttons repeatedly, until they finally do sync all the way around. And most important, ensure that your mouse and keyboard have fresh batteries at all times, as that would make the whole process fail in the most embarrassing way.
If it is within warranty, u can call up the tech support and they will replace it.
If it i snot within the warranty period, u will have to get the whole unit including the USB receiver, wireless keybosrd and the wireless mouse.
u r pc is which Company.........? it not able To Support HP drivers. u find proper logitech multi media Driver it will work fine, u don't know hp not Support other Driver. it runnig with WINXP or VISTA,
There is usually a "Connect" button on the devices (Mouse & Keyboard) and on the receiver the unit connected to the computer. Hit the "Connect" button on the receiver then the ones on the Mouse and Keyboard.
Have you tried re-setting the frequency for one of the devices? simply click the button on the infra-red unit then click the button on the back of keyboard and notice the infra-red unit stopped scanning.
