You have to try resetting the system. First turn the breaker off for the condenser and wait about 20 seconds. After you turn it back on the system should reset.

Goodman gmp0503 unit has status light blinking slowly all the time. The indoor blower wont even come on when you switch from auto to fan on thermastat. The status light says for one blink to check gas...

Take a jumper wire and jump out the R and W terminals on the furnace. The heat should come on. If it does not, you have a bad board. A steady blink indicates no call for heat. You may have either a broken thermostat wire or a bad thermostat if unit fires when you jump it.

This is a step system for heat ,,, step 1....... thermostat calls fo heat and send power to the vent fan motor, it proves its running by a small suction on the red tube which closes a switch and tell the c. b. to go to step--2 lite the hsi this glows &in20 seconds....step --3 the gas valve opens and dump raw gas in the venturis tubes.. and proves it has a flame thru the flame sensor. and step 4... the box heats up and closes the fan switch..

I get 4 blinks it say open limit switch what does that mean

Your induce fan motor senor is out. The little fan motor that take out the heat has a sensor that tells the furnace thats its working. Some time it get stuck. Try blowing and sucking into the tube. you should hear a click

Bad control board?

This is a good one! I would check for a blocked vent or intake pipe first. Also check to make sure the condensate lines are free of moisture or debris. What is the code for three blinks?

Goodman heater will not start have continuous blinking light replaced secondary transformer still no work and continusous blinking verified 120 volts to vent fan but vent fan not running vent fan ohms to...

I cant be sure but usually the constant blink on some boards means reversed polarity. Check your HOT (L1 - Black) comming in to the connector box and the your NUTURAL (L3 - White) should not read any volts to ground (not more than 12 volts on an electronic VOM). If this is opposite remove power and reverse black and white wires and retry.

You should check the vent cap, it seems like the exhaust is unable to get out. If you exhaust fan was bad the unit would not start at all. And it would never spin

Goodman gmp075-3 led blinks 5 times

I Also have the same and other problems with my furnace model # GDS80703AXBB. First the LED kept blinking 4 times and I too jumped the primary limit, that didn't kelp. After several attemps I moved the wires going to the circut board and everything starting working again. After a week It stopped working again, so I pulled the plug out of the circut board checked all wires for for a bad connection plugged it back in. Now the LED blinks 6 times again I move the wires. Then the LED blinks 3 times. Then the transformer burns out. I have burned out 2 transformers and I have ordered a new circut board.
