Perfoma washing machine won't go through rinse cycle.

Hello,

I have a Performa washing machine that was working fine at our previous location. I moved to a new house and installed the washer and it works but it won't go through the rinse cycle. It just stops and sort of hums. Do you have any idea what it could be?

I also helped a friend move their front loader last week and it worked at the house but when we hooked it up at home we were having the same problem as I'm having with mine.
