Menu --> Fun & Apps --> Sounds --> Options --> View Storage Devices --> Make sure that you have "All" checked, not just Phone Memory or Memory Card. If you don't see both Phone Memory and Memory Card listed, than your phone is not recognizing the mini-sd card. Make sure you have it in the phone correctly, and if you do, then I suggest taking your phone to your carrier's local store and having them troubleshoot it for you. But this should fix it in just a few easy steps.

I can't delete the videos on my phone which are in video player... They dont show up in "my files" so im stuck :( somebody help please!

If you have a mini SD memory card in the phone, you can "MOVE" the videos to the SD card then using an adaptor, put the mini card in the adaptor, plug that into your computer or a friends computer that reads SD memory and delete them there. If you "MOVE" the videos to a mini card they will be gone from your phone.

How do I download photos from LG VU (CU920) cell phone to my computer?

you can use the bluetooth feature if your computer also has bluetooth capability. if not, hopefully you're using a mini SD card. if your computer has a port for mini SD's, then just take the mini SD out of your phone and plug into your computer. if your computer has a regular SD port, then you need to get yourself a mini SD adapter. it looks just like an SD card, but it has a small opening to slide your mini into. if there are no SD ports on your computer, simply buy yourself a Flashdrive (thumbdrive) that has a port on it for mini SD cards. then, just plug that into your USB port.
if you're not using a mini SD card in your phone, then you need a data transfer cable, which you probably have to get from AT&T. i tried radio shack, but they didn't have them. In my experience, using a mini SD card provides the most compatibility. hope this helps.

How do i insert my mini SD card into the phone

Since you did not specify what is your phone model I reccomend the following:
1. Try looking on the sides of the phone for an empty space or some random lid.if there is such a thing then you've found the mini sd card.
2. Try removing the back lid of your phone and look for a special socket that matches the size of the mini SD card\
3. Try to remove the battery and see if there is any miniSD card space.
4. If it is a Nokia Symbyan phone then, this specific size of memory cards usualy have their slot near the headphones jack and they are covered with a thin lid.
