You need to contact your cellular service provider to get the PUK code.
I would advise that you do not attempt to enter any more codes until you have spoken to your service provider, because phones can be permanently disabled by repeatedly entering the incorrect code.

to get your PUK no., call on 121(airtel customer care) from any airtel sim. ask them for puk code , they might ask some information from you about the owner of sim and amount of last recharge and after that they will give you the PUK
Unfortunately when you have done a reset on a phone there is no way to retrieve them from the device, but if you have them backed up to a sim card or a memory card. You may also contact your service provide and speak to technical support. They may have more tools that they can utilize to walk you through getting this information off of the memory card or sim card (if your provider uses sim card)
