You possibly change your security for your browser under "Internet Options" in the Control Panel. Go back to internet options and reset everything do "Default". Somehow you have change how explorer must respond to pop-up windows. Reset to default. Secondly check that you have not block it somehow in your firewall or antivirus program.
may be its effected with the virus, get a good antivirus like "Microsoft Security Essentials" installed in your laptop. this antivirus is free for download but work only on registered windows so be sure that your windows is registered, then install this antivirus after it is downloaded and update it. after that, do the full scan. hope it will help
The problem is that you cant have 2 antivirus sofware running at the same time. Also Norton 360 will ERASE Avira just so their own antivirus will properly work. If you want them to work together and not at the same time beacause it can make the pc lock up, you can install 360 first then (hopefully) your Avira installation will not erase 360 when you install it. If this does not work, then you have to choose which to go on. If you trust Avira, then use it
If you Trust Norton 360 then you cant install Avira

Install Antivirus - Install new Symentec Antivirus Updated copy, and scan all Internet file, folder & Computer.
If problem presists - then format your Notbook or only your Notebook 'C' Drive To format - Windows XP installation: 1. Restart your notebook - and immedietly click on F2 key/Del button 2. Boot your computer from CD Drive 3. save your setting 4. it Running System File. 5. Then Create partition press Enter-(Delete previous partition)-press 'L'to delete your 'C' partition, If you want delete all partition, same delete like C drive. 6. Select 'C' Drive press enter to format partition choose option NTFS or Fat32, and Enter 7. It's running automatically then enter operation system windows CD Key and press enter 8. It will take time 30 to 35 min. Depending upon your RAM speed. 9. It will complete automatically and PC restart.
'Antivirus 360' is malware -- in effect a virus in itself.
If you can, go to a website named http://malwarebytes.org and download a trial copy of the MalwareBytes Anti Malware. Install it, let it do it's update, and perform a full scan. When it is done, it will tell you to click to view results, then click to remove all items found. It will prompt you to reboot the PC at that time. Let it reboot the PC. Then download and install a decent antivirus like Avast or AVG.
