If this is the mini sd card that stores your pics, music and video then try connecting your phone to your computer using a USB cable. Your phone should b detected by the computer and you should select data storage mode on the phone. (You can also take the card out and use a memory card slot if your computer has the right one.) Find the phones drive on your computer it should be listed either as Nokia 5610 or as a removable device. Right click on it and selec FORMAT. WARNING: THIS WILL erase any files you have saved on the MEMORY CARD!
All you need to do in order to access your contacts is to connect your phone to your computer using the usb cord. You will need Nokia PC Suite which is a free program. In PC Suite you will be able to access lots of things in the internal memory of the phone such as pictures and sounds.
As for the phone, buy a new one but this time dont smash it into the wall. Get a memory card so you can store important pictures and stuff. Also use Nokia PC Suite to back up your contacts so next time you decide to smash your phone all your important contacts are safe.
OH. Set the phone to store contacts on SIM Card instead of on phone memory. Saves you a lot of trouble that way.
