I just signed into an aol account that I had 2 years ago and pulled up my old favorites. AOL is free if you have other internet access. Just go sign in.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can copy the information from you favorites folder. Click on computer, c: drive, users, the name you use on the system, then favorites. You will see your favorites list there. You can right click on any one of them and send to desktop as a shortcut.

Need to download windows 98 so i can reinstal it on my laptop but where do i get the download from

it is not recommended to use Win98 since Microsoft have stopped supporting it long time ago.
if you need to reinstall- why won't you upgrade to Win 7?
just note that even if you re-install win98, most likely all the updates that it used to download from the Microsoft site might no longer be available and you might find yourself with many issues.
also- many accessories no longer have supported drivers.

the bottom line is you should not use Win98 anymore.

All my document are missing 2 weeks ago,

If you did not erase them, may be they are hidden. This is due to viruses. You need to completly scan your computer.
If u want to see hidden file. Use the following DOS cmd. In taskbar, cli on Start>Run type : cmd (then press enter)
attrib -a -r -s -h *.* /d/s (include the blank space)

System recovery disc for sony vaio moddel no. pcg-grz610

I don't have PCG-GRZ610 laptop so i can't sent you the CD, but i can give you one other solution: Install your new harddrive with any CD of Windows XP Professional, enter the key number with your XP CDKEY (look of the bottom of your laptop!), then install drivers and applications which you can download them at, active your Windows if it ask--over the internet, after that--just for backup--you can make your new OS a image with cloning/backup image software as Symantec Norton Ghost etc. GoodLuck.

Paying Bills

This problem is miscategorized as an operating system query. Intuit QuickBooks or Quicken are applications. QuickBook Pro allows you much more "creativity" and customization than Quicken which is designed for a personal accounting system. Therein I believe is the source of your frustration. Please repost if I am getting warm, lol. Steve Medley in pro per:)
