Open mouse to replace batteries for giga ware mouse

USB connectors use four pins, two for power and two for data. It looks like there's a problem with your data lines.

Most all mice are simple USB devices as far as most Operating System are concerned and a manufacturer supplied driver should not be necessary.
Do other USB devices work on your computer? Have you tried unplugging the wireless USB dongle that goes to the mouse and plugging it back in? Another option might be to unplug the wireless USB dongle, turn off your computer, wait 2 minutes, turn on your computer, wait until your Operating System loads fully and you are logged in, plug in the wireless USB dongle.
Also try changing the batteries in the mouse. Try another USB port for the wireless USB dongle. Other than that, it might be dead. You can call RadioShack for assistance if that does not pan out for you: 1-800-843-7422

seems to be the resolution or your video driver. Go to http://support.dell.com
select home user then DRIVERS AND DOWNLOAD ,then enter your service tag and in the video category look for your vide driver.

hi nene if it usb than plug it the option wil come and in my computer folder u will find a removal disk folder just open and copy files & it does not work search the net

Make sure the batteries are in your moue and it is switched on. There shoud be a red light showing on the mouse. Hi Does it have replacement batters if so take them out and replace them with new rechargeable batteries if not check that the connections that the dock use are OK failing all that i would sagest that you replace your hardware with new and get the hard ware that you can change the batteries as this may give it a longer life span Hope this works Paddy
