Question about Sharp AQUOS LC-32D44U 32 in. LCD TV

1 Answer

The picture size has changed

After about 6 months the picture size of my LC-32D44U just seemed to changed. The picture is now bigger than the screen cutting off picture on all four sides.
I've reset the set to factory settings with out luck and I've also used the "view mode" menu which didn't help either.

I only have one input, cable PVR.

Pretty sure the menu is the same.

The problem has been resolved on it's own. I'm guessing that maybe my cable company had changed the display setting on some of the stations. The picture of stations that I noticed the problem on appear to be within the screen.

Change the aspect ratio on the remote. If this does not fix, change the aspect ratio on your cable or sat box.

You may ahev failing T-CON board, try having a small fan blowing at the vent on the back of the TV. If you can post pictures it will help a lot.
