Hi, its likely that the fan motor isn't working. (most times is just build up of grease) If you're good with DIY, remove the inside panel that covers the element and the fan, undo he nut CLOCKWISE, pull the oven out, remove the the back cover, remove wiring from fan motor, clean the motor with WD40, and give it a few turns to see if turns freely. Reserve the process.

If you select the function on the selector switch which turns both the fan forced fan and the oven element on at the same time and the fan does not work, but the oven element does then the fan forced fan is faulty and requires replqcement.
If the main oven fan is working but no heat it is most probably the ring element which is around the fan blade inside the oven.Check it is the element before you go and replace because there could also be an issue with the thermostat.Hope this helps.
The air you can hear blowing will be from the exterior cooling fan, and nothing to do with the main oven.
You need to check to seeif you have got a feed to the oven fan and element, the supply comes from the oven thermostat on the control panel.
Hope this helps.
The fans are not normally repairable, but there is no problem obtaining replacements.
On a double oven, there are usually 2 fans fitted.
There is an external cooling fan usually fitted on the top of the oven, you would have to remove the top cover of oven to access it, and possibly the rear panel as well.
Then there is the fan fitted in the main oven compartment.
If you open the oven door as it is working, you should be able to determine if it is the fan oven or the external cooling fan that is the cause of the problem.
If you determine it is the fan in the oven that is noisy, then to undo the fan blade assy, you have unscrew the nut clockwise to remove it. as opposed to the normal way of undoing a nut.
