Question about HP Photosmart C3180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have this problem each time I need to replace the cartridge. Previously, with a bit of patience and a little struggling, I am able to get it. This time....it keeps popping out when I close the cover for the self-test to make sure the cartridges are aligned. It looks so simple to do, yet I struggle every time! UGH. I hear the "snap" when I think it's in correctly, but the cartridge is not tight.....I am able to move it so I know it's not in there correctly. Can you help? What am I doing wrong?
I had the same problem with a color cartridge that I bought from LD products. I have been generally satisfied with LD's products. I am returning the defective cartridge for a replacement. I tried various angles and pressures attempting to get the cartridge to stay in place, but I was concerned about damaging the printhead.
