There is a fault in the battery. I suggest you purchase a new one as a battery can't be repaired! It wouldn't be the phones fault!

Restoring deleted photoes

Actually, once your data is deleted, all you should do is immediately stop using the smartphone or set the phone into Aeroplane mode in case that the data get overwritten, because the files will be temporarily saved in a blank zone inside the phone after they are deleted. The more you use the phone, the more it overwrites the data. Note that if the old deleted files are completely overwritten, then they can't be recovered any more. You can try to use Gihosoft free Android data recovery software, follow the video to check it out.

If it fails to work out, you may find the "photos deleted" folder in your phone which will save some files you deleted. Gihosoft Android Data Recovery for Mac

1st check the video formats for the videos your trying to play. most fones only play Video: MPEG4 Video 320×240, 300 Kbps, 20 fps
Audio: LAME MP3 44100Hz stereo 96Kbp. using this format reload the video and try it.

Hi there.. I believe that you are one of those very active and busy type people who are always on the move. The general reason I believe that you fone is behaving this way is because you do not allow your fone to charge properly, therefore limiting the lifespan of the battery.

My advice: -try and drain you battery dead until you are unable to turn it on at all.
- secondly, charge your fone till it says fully charged.
-thirdly, when using your fone you can either 1). repeat the previous steps and this time drain it by playin music or 2). try using it with caution..
-lastly, next time you decide to charge your fone make sure it is dead/off till you charge it.It should last you a good 2days if all goes well.

These steps can help you prolong the life of your battery and save you $50 to buy a new one..

Transfer photos to laptop

You need to install itunes on your laptop so your iphone can sync with itunes and your computer.. this is used to tranfer music to your iphone, transfer photo's and video etc and also to check for new firmware versions/back up your phone.

You can however take photo's from your iphone without itunes if you connect your phone via usb and choose open folder to view files when the dialog pops up after you plug it in.. this has very limited use however you really need to install itunes. Itunes is a free download
