I m having intel dg31pr board,and using i-ball ps2 mouse,i-ball usb keyboard. my problem is that whenever i restart pc from window restart button , it shutdown properly and at the time to restart it is stopped when itel icon is appeared and it doesnt go for further process, but if i turn off my pc it turns off properly and then start by cabinet power button it starts properly and if i attach usb mouse in stead of ps2 or use ps2 keyboard with ps2 mouse , then it proceed properly, i have also replaced new dg31pr motherboard also keyboard and mouse but still problem is as it was. so what should i do please help me

i solved this
Just go to device manager
look for ur usb root hubs
rights click on them
uninstall the driver
aftr uninstalling all usb drivers
click on 'scan for hardware changes' icon
windows will again load the drivers and it will right
