You can restore the sistem to a previous time you choose ,or you can Recovery it to the Original Factory State ,you better get an USB drive or some discs before ,and get a backup from all your data, than you launch the recovery tools sistem and you wait for the sistem to reboot,it can be 15 minutes or 1 hour ,but it will be as new.
SOURCE: how do i turn on
Hi,
There is no specific button to turn ON the camera in VAIO computers. Start the computer, search for the application ArcSoft Web Companion 3, the camera will start functioning. You can also use the camera with other video conferencing applications. Remember, the camera will only work with any one application at a time.
Thanks!

If
you need to install drivers. Always
get your drivers and specific software from the manufacturer of your
Laptop, Notebook or Desktop. They are usually free of charge. If you were to log on to the www.sony.com
web
site,
usually one is able to download if available, by model
number,
All
available Driver
downloads
as required.
If the driver is not
available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are
installing. This is the best way of ensuring up to
date drivers for your system and they are free of charge! I hope this helps.

SOURCE: Have my sony vaio VPCEE31FX got bluetooth?
Looking over every specification page I could find. The answer is no, this laptop does not have bluetooth. However, you can purchase a USB bluetooth adapter and it will work fine. These adapters are available at most electronic stores or on line.
Hope this helps
