How to replace fire bulbs for HTN20 where do I open the fire
I wanted an answer to this too. It was hard to find, but here we go.
Get hold of a torch, and look closely at the decorative surround at the bottom of the fire. There are two screws hidden in there, on each side! See below:
Unscrew these, and you can take the front off, and get at the bulbs.
For information, the fire takes two screw in bulbs, described as 240V – 60W E14 SES Clear Candle Lamps.

I have a Dimplex Horton HTN20
Everything works except the 2 bulbs, both of which I tested and they are OK

1.Remove the coals .
2.Remove the two screws in the front of the brass grate second bar down.
3.pull the grate assembly away from the fire.
4. The bulbs are now exposed.
Replace with 60 Watt SES clear candle bulbs. Reassemble in reverse order.
