Question about Facebook Social Network

Phantom deleting of friends fom my list

Ok. I have a friend on my list who has disappeared twice. I havent deleted him and i dont think he deleted me.... there are 700 people on my list and he is the only one gone. can this be due to a facebook problem/error?

The only other explanation is that we have a hacker who is getting in to one of our accounts and deleteing the other one. Is there any way of finding out who deleted who and when? This would be important because it is likely to have happened during a time frame when we were both out and in the same place.

Check if following the instructions mentioned on the link below help to add your friend to your Facebook friends list:

If you are not able to find your friend's profile on Facebook, he may have either hidden or deleted the profile. You will have to check this out with him or some common friends.

FACEBOOK

Click on Account> Edit Friends
Then click on "Friends" under "Lists" on the left side of the screen.
It looks like your best bet is to just manually unfriend each of them by clicking on the "x" button to the right of their names, then click "remove" on the popup.

I don't think there's a way to delete all of them at once, unless you delete your account (Account> Account Settings> Deactivate account) and start over.

Hope this helps!

Deleting friends from facebook

Got to "Account" on the top right of your Facebook page and select "Edit friends". Click on "All connections" on the left navigation2_bing.gif. You will see the list of all your friends. To delete the one you do not want anymore you just have to click on the cross icon that's on the same line as the name (next to "add to list")--It's a delete icon. If you mouse over it should actually say "Remove connection". Hope that helps.
