can you give some more information please. i.e. is it the memory card? Or is it the game that only allows one profile? I need to know the name of the game and the size of the memory card and more details on your actual problem

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

From Sony's website:
The Memory Stick has malfunctioned.
Try downloading, installing, formatting, etc. for a couple of times. If the error persists, try another Memory Stick.

How can I save on multiple profiles

My best guess, (I have not encountered it in the PC version) is that it is relatable with your hard drive, space, and file size. It could be your hard drive out of memory or running low?
A key question is it available on the first but not the second?
If it is then it definitely has to do with the accounts and for some reason the second one is being denied access along the line (Im guessing you installed via the first account).
Sometimes save game files take up a large amount of space and if you have played a lot already then it may be affecting your game in some manner and restricting you someway.
See if you can delete older save files if you are willing to part with them as well as changing permissions between accounts or reinstalling the game as a last resort.

45min into the game the game tends to get intrupted with ''check point''. so i stop movement of the controls ,then it cotinues off and on it doesnt freeze .but forces me to call it a...

Many games include "Check Points." They are an auto save feature. The process of saving your game when you get to a check point only takes a matter of several seconds and are usually spaced about 15 min to 1 hour apart depending on the game. This sounds like a normal feature of the particular game you are playing and what it does is prevents you from having to start all over if you die. If they annoy you that much, try looking for games that have a manual save or save point that must be activated instead of a checkpoint save system.

I have the80022D11 in the ps3 what to do

Once this occurs, trying to load a save file for a game that supports trophies will give you the option to either start over (wipe the save file) or sync trophies (which fails). At this point trophies will no longer work and save game files for any game that supports trophies will no longer load. The only work around at this point is to delete your PS3 user account (not to be confused with your PSN user account) and create a new one (which you can link to your existing PSN account). Once this is done your trophies will sync, but you will lose all your saved games. If you try to restore any saved games you made before doing this, the error will occur again. The problem appears to be triggered if the user changes his/her email address or password using the XMB account management tools. So until Sony fixes this problem, users should not change their PSN email address or password.

I want to stop mid game and save.

You should be able to press the start button to get to save the game, but you wont get back to the actual screen you left off on, most games will save on a level.
Let me know if this helps.

DS Lite - game boy advance game - delete saved data?

Do so how you normally would when playing the GBA game on a GBA (It best be a GBA game, because DS and DS Lites cannot communicate to older Game Boy games), go through the menus (on the game) and delete the files. It's not a matter of the DS having the problem it's the game.

I've went through the menu's and deleted the game but my game still has "corrupted data":

First, do all you can do, clean out the slot in the DS Lite, and the cartridge (with a damp, NOT SOAKING WET, cotton swab), and try the game again. Start a new save file, save it after a ways, and try to load it again. IF it -STILL- has a corrupted save file problem, then it is time to bring it to the seller or the manufacturer.

The seller: Telling the seller what's happening is great. BUT SHOWING the seller that the save data never loads really helps! Customers can say quite a few things to Sellers just to get a new game or their money back, but showing them is pretty much proof. No, you don't -HAVE- to show them, but if the seller is -that- skeptical, it may be wise to bring your DS along with you.

The manufacturer: All games have a Technical support call number, also going to nintendo's main site,www.nintendo.com/, and going straight to their technical support pages helps too. Sending it in will warrant a little wait time, but if done correctly you will receive a fixed or new game from them as well.

Could be corrupted, try copying the second save on a different memory card, if that works, then it's your memory card, if it still goes black the file is corrupted.
