Hi there.  I have the same problem.  I actually have a Mac but have windows xp home installed with VMware Fusion.  I plugged the unit in but get no pop-up window as it states in the manual.  I hardly use the Windows part of my Mac so I don't know what to do.  It also says that in some versions the Photo Transfer program appears in the file manager as :CD Drive Pandigital" (Drive Letter: ??) Can anyone help? email me at fitlifeofnaples   at  Thanks.

We have a digital photo picture frame w built-in weather station. In the last year the outside temp has been coming up as HHH. There is nothing in the manual to address this issue, and we have tried everything we can think of. Can it be fixed and if so how?

Once you have the box connected with the usb cable to the computer, you have to tilt it towards connect to pc. You might have to do this a couple of times the picture on the display should change to a usb cable. Now if you go to my computer you will see where it says pan digital. Here is where you can add the pictures. I just did add pictures. If you want the pictures in a certain order you will have to name them otherwise there are displayed in alphabetical order. I found this after I loaded everything and wanted them in a specific order. Right now I am trying to add sound. I see that there is a speaker but not sure how to add sound.

The bottom of mine unscrews and that's how I connected the frame and added batteries. It comes preloaded with "Jingle Bells" which is supposed to turn on by turn the snow globe upside down. I have to do it a few times until it catches and turns on/off. My frame wouldn't auto load on Vista. Then we got Windows7 and it loaded, though you do have to tilt the frame as the previous poster said. After that pretty easy peasy.
