Only way out now is to get the firmware re-installed. And not to use so many passwords in future as one tends to forget them. And in any case they are a nuisance even for the owner. Remove the card before you do that to protect your data on the card.
have you left the phone off for 24 hours if you switch it on and it is asking for security code i can get the master override code for your phone but i need the imei number and the code number off the back of your phone under battery the imei is 15 or 16 numbers long might be like123456/44/22343/2 and then the other one is about 6 numbers long 123456 if you give me these i can give you master code if your phone dont ask for code then you need to get it flashed at a shop to unlock it hope this is some help

hey buddy what u can do is u can put wrong code 5-6 times after that it will ask for a PUK code which u can get from ur service provider, if it does not helps u, u can go to any vendor nearby u it will be done by him/her.
